CITY OF RICHMOND WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Completed in 2006, this project was completed for the City of Richmond water treatment plant called “5 mile gates”. Scope included concrete surface repair, full concrete depth repair using polymer cements, pouring of new vertical concrete, rebar repair and replacement, and anti-corrosion epoxy coatings. All work was completed on scaffolding with the optimum safety considerations. The water flow was drastically reduced during this work which lasted almost two months.
