VA TECH LANE STADIUM
Completed in 2014. The project scope consisted of 35,000 SF in the bleacher area and 17,000 SF in the concourse area. In the bleacher area our scope included bleacher removal, floor prep and resinous flooring system installation with stair tred markings followed by re-installation of the bleachers. The concourse area included floor prep and installation of the same resinous elastomeric traffic coating system. A strict time line was enforced regardless of of weather. The project started in late April and had to be completed by August 1st prior to the start of football practice. Flexible work hours were a must. In the spring time we had to work in the daytime because of warmer temps and in the summer switched to nights to combat the heat.
