Completed in 2016, this project consisted of approximately 10,000 SF of 1/8” thick urethane cement base flooring with epoxy grout coat and high performance urethane top coat to desired texture. This type of system provides optimal durability, slip resistance, and chemical resistance against automotive chemicals. The urethane cement base provides excellent resistance to moisture and delamination. About 6,000 SF of the project was renovation to an existing space which required removal of the previous floor system before our installation. The balance of the project, about 4,000 SF was in the building expansion or new area.
