TRUCK WASH- CULPEPER, VA
Installed in 2016. The truck wash is used to wash the inside and outside of chemical container trucks containing flour for the food industry. As you can the see the floor and trench drain had been subject to chemical and thermal attack for many years. Our scope of work was to demo out all deteriorated concrete on the floor and inside the trench drain and fix all of the cracks. Restore the interior walls and floor of the trench drain pit using our P20 Polymer Cement. New metal grating and framework covering the trench drain area was installed and the floor was finished with installation of a ¼” thick urethane cement flooring system to desired texture. The new urethane cement system provides protection against thermal and chemical attack during the truck wash down process. This was completed over a single weekend keeping the customers down-time to zero.
