Project completed in August 2016. The scope of work was to prep the existing epoxy floor system, patch and repair as needed throughout, removal of deteriorated flooring, pitching of floor to provide positive drainage followed by installation of ¼” thick epoxy flooring system with four inch cove base to desired texture. The area was 21,000 SF under strict time lines. We were given 7 days (during their plant shutdown) to complete the work which required us to staff two ten men crews working two shifts or 20 hours per day for 7 days to complete.
