31ST ST. BAPTIST CHURCH
Completed in 2016. Project consisted of about 1,000 SF (vertical and horizontal) in three separate stairs areas, removal of deteriorated outdoor carpet and mastic, restoration of the concrete including repair of spalls and cracks followed by installation of cementitious textured knock down flooring system in a solid color. This system provides a decorative look, slip resistance and ease of cleaning. The product is applied with a spray gun and knocked down with a trowel providing the “knock down” appearance and then top coated with a UV and chemical resistant solid color coating.
